Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast

I had to spend a couple of weeks living in a hotel due to moving, and Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast and I was very happy with my stay. Forgive me if I mispel any names but Nan, John and Danika were all very nice and accommodating. The price was not only competitive to other hotels in the area, they had better everything dollar per dollar. If you need to stay in the area, I highly recommend this location.

We always stay at Hampton Inn whenever we travel. The front desk staff were great. My complaint was the cleaning staff. Our room was dirty. We notified the front desk and she was very apologetic and offered to move us to another room. We declined as we had already unpacked everything. We weren't staying in it other than to sleep so that's another reason we didn't move. Below our standards for Hampton Inn for sure but the front desk lady(sorry I didnt get your name) was very caring. The breakfast was great and it was a nice, quiet overnight stay.

Lots of upgraded items in the room. Spacious room. Minor, typical maintenance upkeep. No real issues. The bed and linens were amazing. So soft and comfortable. Wish I could have slept there longer.

We couldn’t have been treated any better. Chris, manager was absolutely a joy to work with, delivered incredible service with such kindness. The beds, breakfast, desk clerks, laundry and pool were all excellent! Everything exceptionally clean and working properly, as well as the employees- you can tell these people enjoy what they do! My stay consisted of 2 toddlers, 2 cats, my husband and I, we stayed from 5am to 11am the next day and still dreaded leaving! We were charged a random fee at check out but we are sure we can get it figured out, other than that no hotel could compare! Thanks again Hampton Inn & Chris!

Not everyone will agree nor have the same opinion. But to begin with the good parts. I love the atmosphere, floors are always clean and clear, shiny where they shine, windows are clear and there are never any random unwanted smells unless someone decides to throw a dirty diaper in the hallway trash can. Neither here nor there, but I travel with my wife a lot. Her set of eyes are sharp. So far, each stay, my wife, inspects the bedding and has always found a stain on the bed or mattress. We know the differences, but this trend of not rotating or replacing linens until a small spot becomes large and rudely offensive to guest is how bad reviews begin to roll in. I encourage places to keep clean linens, that and delicately bleach the items. Breakfast is good and the staff is always kind and it's appreciated.

We’d been traveling from 6am the time is now 1am the next day. We pulled up and asked about a room, dead tired needed to sleep, the system said the hotel was fully booked and the manager went out of his way to check on a room that he thought was empty but said otherwise. Very nice and accommodating to a couple of weary travelers! Then the breakfeast in the morning was catered by the best service I’ve had and I travel the country!! Must stay here if passin through and need a place:)

This is one of the best rooms I have stayed in. From the customer service to the room and the complimentary breakfast. Everything was amazing. Denekia Wilson helped out the most. Her customer service is top tier.

Great location for amenities. The room is nice and check in was quick. Breakfast was good too.
